Orders that are placed by 2:00 P.M. Central Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day. A confirmation will be sent via the PayPal Ordering system when your trampoline springs are shipped.
Trampsprings.com ships customer orders daily at 3:00 P.M. Central time. Orders received by 2:00 P.M. will be shipped out Monday through Friday at that time. Except 124 pieces quantity, which require 2 separate boxes, shipments are made in one container, and sent UPS ground. If you need expedited shipping, we can ship 2nd or Next Day Air via UPS, but you must email this request to email@example.com and approve the extra shipping charges before 2:00 P.M., or your order will be sent out UPS Ground. You can use the UPS Shipping calculator at UPS Calculate Time and Cost to estimate the charge. Parts are shipped from zip code 60081. All on-line orders will be emailed a UPS tracking number by 6:00 P.M. on the day the shipment is made. Shipments can only be made to a U.S. Postal address. No P.O. Boxes allowed.
Returns for credit will receive a ‘Return Material Authorization’ by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Trampsprings.com warranties its springs to be free from defects in function and quality. You may return your parts for any reason. However, you are responsible for all associated shipping charges.
